Prior to becoming an AEP, I practiced as a personal trainer for 7 years. During this time I was fortunate enough to work with a number of different client’s to assist them with reaching their fitness goals.

Philosophy

Although personal training is targeted towards those that are “non-clinical”, I still utilize principles of progressive resistance and progressive aerobic training that I learnt whilst completing my tertiary studies. By the same token, “healthy” individuals also have their own barriers, motivators and goals and therefore it is my focus to tailor individualized programs to meet everyone’s unique requirements.
